At Rural E-Mart India, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Customized or special-order items (if applicable)
3. Return Process

- Share your order details along with photos (if product is damaged/defective)
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued
6. International Orders
- Returns for international orders may require customers to bear return shipping costs
- Customs duties and shipping charges are non-refundable
